The Association upholds equality among members regardless of handicap, seniority, or background; members shall treat each other with respect.

本会坚持会员一律平等，不因球技高低、资历新旧或背景不同而区别对待；会员之间应相互尊重。

Members and office-bearers shall be accountable for their conduct, competition order, and the Association's reputation, and shall comply with this Constitution and relevant rules.

会员及管理人员应对自身言行、赛事秩序及本会声誉承担责任，并遵守本章程及相关规则。

The Association promotes the core spirit of golf: integrity, self-discipline, and fair play; conduct contrary to integrity and sportsmanship is not acceptable.

本会倡导高尔夫核心精神：诚信、自律与公平竞赛；任何违背诚信与体育精神的行为均不被接受。
